Ticket Notification

Note: Ticket Notification is enabled/disabled per project by the project owner, and it might not be enabled for your project. Please check with your project administrator if you have any questions.

Email with change information and summary is sent to:

  • Ticket reporter
  • Ticket owner
  • Any email address on the cc: list.
    Note: For entries in the ticket cc: field, use comma + space between entries - example user1@test.com, user2@test.com.

All emails are sent from a system user, and please do not reply to the ticket notifications! :-)
